We are Family
Laurie Clark of the gospel singing group "Tapestry" wrote a beautiful and inspiring song for and about Dani.
She played the guitar and sang it at a summer pizza outing for Dani at the home of Dani's Godparents, Greg and Trudy.
Dani got so excited on hearing it that she jumped up and ran to tell me, "It's a song FOR ME. It's MY SONG." She was overjoyed to hear her story put to music and big happy tears flowed.
The lyrics are touching. Set them to melody and Laurie's exquisitely gentle singing voice and they're enchanting.
